With the love and boom of extensions wearers we felt the need to help you ladies out when it comes down to properly washing your Virgin Hair Extensions. You should always wash your hair extensions before and after installing your weave. This should be done to ensure the hair is clean & to transform your hair extensions to its natural state. So let's get started!

Properly Washing Your Human Hair Wigs Before Installation
Co-washing your extensions are preferred. Co-washing is basically cleansing your hair with a conditioner to add moisture without the use of shampoo. Using a conditioner only versus using shampoo allows the Cheap Brazilian Human Hair to be moisturized, shiny, and adding softness.

    Step One
Mix half a cup of warm water with four tablespoons of conditioner. We recommend using a conditioner specifically designed for hair extensions, as this will ensure intense moisture and nourish your hair extensions.

    Step Two
Next, fill a bowl or sink with warm water and pour the diluted conditioner into it. Be sure to detangle your hair extensions by brushing the out from tip up the hair shaft, gently finger detangling or brushing any knots. Beginning from the bottom is the ultimate way to avoid breakage. Gently place your extensions into the water and leave them to soak and cleanse for roughly 10-15 minutes. No need to swirl or swish the hair as this may cause your extensions to tangle.

    Step Three
Remove your extensions from the water and rinse them under cool running water, make sure you are holding your extensions by the weft. Allowing the water to run through your extensions helps rinse out the remaining shampoo and fully washing the product from your hair extensions.

    Step Four
Now that your extensions are cleaned, it is time to dry! Gently squeeze out any excess water with either your hand or towel prior to laying them out - do not rub your extensions! Next up, apply a good moisturizing product. Try a lightweight leave in conditioner followed by a carrier oil to lock in the moisture. Fold your extensions into a clean towel and leave them until dried.

    Step Five
Finally, comb or brush through your freshly washed and conditioned hair extensions when fully dried.

    Step Six
Finally, install your extensions and style your hair accordingly!
